The Regulations govern recruitment, appointment, pay and the general conditions of service of the Authority's employees, and were published in the Punjab Gazette (Extraordinary) on 14 September 2026 as Notification 196 of 2026.

All Six Appeals Dismissed in Rs 21.7 Million Sialkot Fraud Cases
Sherazi Law Associates filed and won cases against MCB Bank, securing victories all the way up to the President of Pakistan. Acting for customers defrauded at the bank's Sialkot branch, we obtained orders from the Banking Mohtasib directing MCB to repay our clients. The President's Secretariat has now dismissed all six of the bank's appeals, leaving MCB liable to pay Rs 21.7 million plus profit.
Federal Joint Secretary, Young Lawyers Welfare Alliance
Syed Muhammad Aala Imran Sherazi has been appointed Federal Joint Secretary of the Young Lawyers Welfare Alliance (YLWA). Within days of his inclusion, key figures from the judiciary and legal fraternity of Pakistan joined YLWA, and the Lahore High Court Bar Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Alliance in his presence.
Appointed Amicus Curiae by the Lahore High Court
We are delighted to share that Syed Muhammad Aala Imran Sherazi was appointed amicus curiae by the Honourable Lahore High Court in the seminal case (FAO No. 3305 of 2026) concerning the interpretation of the Punjab Overseas Pakistani Special Court for Protection of Ownership of Immovable Property Act 2025. The judgment has been approved for reporting and acknowledges the able legal assistance rendered by him.
